Use AI with your work’s context

Understand an item, break down work, draft, and think through a useful next step.

Start with a well-described item

Useful assistance starts with useful context. Keep the outcome, relevant notes, and supporting information with the item. Explain any constraints that matter to the work.

You can then ask focused questions about the item rather than starting from a blank conversation.

Ask for something practical

  • Understand: “Summarise this item and the open questions.”
  • Break down: “Turn this brief into smaller, practical steps.”
  • Draft: “Help me write a follow-up based on these notes.”
  • Research planning: “What do I need to find out before drafting?”
  • Next step: “What is a useful action I can take next?”

These are example prompts. Shape the request around the work you actually need to do.

Review what comes back

Check important facts, deadlines, and assumptions. Use a draft as a starting point and make it your own before sending it. Keep the decisions that affect your work in your hands.

Understand your daily allowance

Free includes 5 AI requests per day, Pro includes 25, and Business includes 60. Allowances belong to each person and are shared across their workspaces. Workspace invitations do not include a paid AI allowance.

See the plan comparison for AI, project, item, and human request allowances.
